Rest if you must, but DON’T you QUIT!
What’s the difference between the guy who starts with nothing and ends up with a fortune, and the guy who starts with nothing, and ends up with less than he started with? The second guy likely quit before the race was won.
Maybe he thought it was a sprint and realized it was a marathon, but for whatever reason, at some point, he flat-out-stopped-when-the-other-kept-going!
It’s easy to look at the most successful investor at the club, or the guy you see closing 6-10 deals a month and think “wow!… and even be envious. I’ve been there too. I remember back when I was new in the business, thinking “how can he do it, when I CAN’T?!”.
I worked for close to a year before closing my 1st deal… really. The fact is, successful people didn’t go to sleep poor one night and wake up the next wealthy, lol. What blurs our perception is that we just see the fancy cars, and the travel and big houses, and we don’t think about the hours, days, weeks, YEARS they likely struggled before “making it”.

We had a GREAT call Wednesday… but due to my screwup…
As you likely know, I sent out a bad link on Wednesday, and although many were able to figure it out, (I put “https” instead of “http” in the email) I got buried with emails from unhappy campers, lol.
So… although we weren’t going to do it, Lee is replaying the webinar Saturday Morning!
It was a GREAT call, and Lee invited our members to use his $ for their deals. Since Lee has more private lenders than people borrowing, he even showed us how we can refer others to him, and if “they” use Lee’s money for “their” deals, Lee will pay us $1500.00+ for the referral.
Imagine putting a flyer on the table in the back, or announcing at your local real estate club: “Hey all, I have private money to loan!”. You’d get some attention maybe?
Anyhow, it’s Saturday morning, go NOW and Register. (because of the screwup, Lee also promised me he’d let some more people into the program as well, through Saturday at least)

I was recently asked by my friend Tim Mai to be a guest on his web-show “Happy Hour TV”.
Happy Hour TV is a live webcast that Tim hosts and produces where he interviews successful real estate investors, web marketers and other types of entrepreneurs and business-people. Tim doesn’t target the “how to’s” that made his guests successful as much as he targets the traits and habits of his guests.
Although when viewed live I was shown in a split-screen, on the recording you’ll just see Tim, not me… but you’ll hear me just fine. (maybe you it’s better that way, lol!) I come in around the 15 minute mark, and Tim asks some questions digging into my habits, social life, family and even spirituality.
