It’s Newbie Tuesday, and this weeks episode explains the differences between a bird dog deal, wholesaling, a retail flip, subject-to deals, options, and buy and holds. It’s broken down into two parts, so make sure to watch them both! Read on, and see video part two…

If there’s anything you’d like to see covered on Newbie Tuesday, click on “Make Comment” and let us know! These segmenst are fro new real estate investors seeking training and education. Nick “tells it like it is”, without making it look like everything a real estate investor touches turns to free money.

It definitely takes work and training, but an educated investor with a good work ethic and idea can laugh all the way to the bank!
