Nick and Tim Mai on Happy Hour TV

I was recently asked by my friend Tim Mai to be a guest on his web-show “Happy Hour TV”.
Happy Hour TV is a live webcast that Tim hosts and produces where he interviews successful real estate investors, web marketers and other types of entrepreneurs and business-people. Tim doesn’t target the “how to’s” that made his guests successful as much as he targets the traits and habits of his guests.
Although when viewed live I was shown in a split-screen, on the recording you’ll just see Tim, not me… but you’ll hear me just fine. (maybe you it’s better that way, lol!) I come in around the 15 minute mark, and Tim asks some questions digging into my habits, social life, family and even spirituality.
